All orders will be accepted subject to the following Conditions
of Sale. All manufacturers names, reference numbers and symbols,
are used for reference purposes only.
Prices
All prices shown on this site include FREE delivery within
the UK Mainland.
Terms of Payment
Full payment must be made before goods are dispatched.
Return of Goods
Any goods which have been supplied in accordance with a customer's
order, but which are subsequently returned, will only be credited
provided that: -
1) Our written permission has been obtained.
2) The amount credited will be subject to a handling charge
of 10%.
Claims
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of invoice
date.Claims for pilferage and/or damage to be advised to both
Consignor and Carrier within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Warranty
Faulty goods, due to manufacture or material defects will
be replaced Free of Charge on a one for one basis. The supplier
cannot be held responsible for product installation.
Any associated labour claims will not be accepted by the supplier,
the goods in question must be returned to the supplier, where
if deemed necessary they will be directed to the manufacturer
for valuation and report.
Packages
Packing materials, cases, etc., will be free of charge and
non-returnable.
Description
Every effort has been made to ensure that the goods are accurately
described on the website, but no warranty or responsibility
will be accepted for any errors, mis-description, or any resulting
damage.
Delivery
All goods ordered will be delivered within 14 days from receipt
of order unless otherwise advised.
