We can arrange delivery to a home, work or neighbour's address or, alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be left in a secure place i.e. garage, conservatory, shed or outbuilding. If your order is to be left in a secure place, please provide this information when completing your order in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTION section on the ordering pages.
Orders received by 2pm Mon to Fri will be despatched the same day on a 24hr weekday service; orders received after that time will be despatched the next day. Please note: UK mainland only, some areas such as the Scottish Highlands may take 48hrs.
Your order will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5pm, within these time frames we are unable to specify an exact time.
A signature will be required by the person accepting your delivery unless your order is to be left in a secure place when your instruction will be accepted as your signature.
If you are not at home to receive your order, the courier will leave a card with details on how to contact them to rearrange delivery or to collect your order from their nearest depot or Post Office. They will also automatically re-attempt to deliver the following day if no contact has been made.
Delivery within the UK mainland is free. For deliveries outside the UK mainland there is an additional charge of £20.00 per unit for the UK islands and £32.50 per unit for delivery to the Channel Islands.
