How To Order

Select a type of heater and quantity you require and add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the Add to Basket button.
When you have finished browsing and are ready to confirm your order, simply click on the Checkout button. If you want to view your basket before checking out, click on the Basket button.

Follow the on screen instructions entering your name and contact details where indicated. You will also be asked to select your payment method; if you choose pro-forma invoice your order will be shipped upon receipt of cleared funds.

If you choose to pay via credit or debit card, you will be forwarded to 'Sage Pay' who are one of the UK's leading online payment service providers. They process payments on our behalf and make sure that your transaction details are kept secure throughout the payment process. For more details visit www.sagepay.com/about_us.asp. Conservatoryheating.com do not download or store your card details.

On successfully processing your card you will receive an 'order received' email and a 'payment confirmed' email; your order will be processed immediately.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email detailing the expected delivery date together with an online tracking number, which can be used to track progress by clicking here. If you prefer to order over the telephone, please don't hesitate to contact us.
